Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by The Elite Football Management LLC (Registration/License No.: 2433390.01) ("Elite Football Management", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to them.

We design and arrange bespoke football travel and hospitality experiences, which may include matchday hospitality, ambassador appearances, accommodation, chauffeured transport and private events. Each experience is tailored and described in a written proposal.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation on either side. A booking is confirmed only once you have accepted our written proposal, we have received the required deposit, and we have issued a written booking confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is payable to secure a booking. The balance is due no later than eight weeks before the experience date. For bookings made within eight weeks of the experience date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in the currency shown on your proposal, and we accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Where a payment is not received by its due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation charges below.

Cancellations must be made in writing to enquiries@elite-fm.com and take effect on the date we receive them. The following charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total price:

• More than 90 days before the experience: loss of deposit (30%)
• 60 to 90 days before: 50%
• 30 to 59 days before: 75%
• Fewer than 30 days before: 100%

Match tickets and certain supplier costs are non-refundable once purchased. If a fixture is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, we will offer a comparable alternative or refund any amounts we recover from suppliers. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Fixtures, kick-off times and ambassador appearances are subject to change by clubs, leagues, broadcasters and third parties outside our control. Where a change occurs, we will work with you to offer a suitable alternative.

We take great care in selecting our suppliers, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Elite Football Management is not affiliated with the Premier League, La Liga or UEFA. All club and competition names are used for descriptive purposes only.
