This website is operated by The Elite Football Management LLC (Registration/License No.: 2433390.01) ("Elite Football Management", "we", "us"). We arrange bespoke football travel and hospitality, and we treat your privacy with the same discretion as every other part of our service.

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your telephone number;
• the message and any travel preferences you choose to share.

We do not ask for payment details through the website.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss a proposed itinerary, and, if you proceed, to arrange and manage your booking. We will not send you marketing communications unless you ask us to.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months from our last contact with you and then securely deleted. Records relating to confirmed bookings, including invoices and payment records, are kept for up to six years after the experience date to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share only what is necessary with trusted suppliers involved in delivering your experience (for example hotels, transport providers and hospitality partners), and with service providers who host our website and systems on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email enquiries@elite-fm.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within one month of receiving your request. There is no charge for making a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
